In the event that any provision of the Registration Agreement shall be found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law or be so held by any applicable decision of a Court, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render the Registration Agreement unenforceable or invalid as a whole. The Applicant agrees that NIC.TM shall not be liable for loss or damages that may result from NIC.TM's refusal to accept the Registration Agreement. If the application is not accepted, NIC.TM will notify the Applicant or the Applicant's agent and return any payments received.
